Can I come pick up my order?

No. We do not have a retail outlet at our Florida location nor do we allow customer pick up of orders placed online or by phone.

Can you ship my order today?

Some orders can be filled the same day they are placed. However, it is often impossible due to the amount of orders received because of COVID-19. It is best to allow 48 hours for shipment plus the days in transit when calculating your project needs.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Florida businesses should e-mail their Florida Sales Tax Resale Certificate to us prior to placing an order to avoid being charged sales tax. You can send a copy of your certificate to info@fibersandresins.com.
